Cancellation Policy
Because plans can change, we keep things simple.
We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to our guests while allowing us to manage our accomodation responsibly.
Standard Reservations
- Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
- Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total booking value.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival, or no-shows, will be charged 100% of the total booking value.
Date Changes
Date changes are subject to availability. If new dates fall into a higher rate period, the rate difference will apply.
Early Departures
In the event of an early departure, the full amount of the original stay will still apply.
Group & Long-Stay Bookings
Different terms may apply to group bookings (3 or more rooms) and long-stay reservations. These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
